We are very pleased to announce that Steve Hartas has joined Idealogix as the Marketing Manager.

This news comes alongside the parallel announcement that Idealogix will be working more closely with Cortex to bring fresh dynamism and experience to the two companies. Steve will continue his role as the Managing Director at Cortex.

Manager feels like a natural continuation of where my professional journey first began. I’ve always had a strong passion for systems engineering and systems thinking, particularly the ability to understand complex environments, identify the real problem, and build structured solutions that create meaningful outcomes. What excites me about Idealogix is the focus on applying these principles in a practical way to help organisations navigate complexity, improve decision-making, and drive long-term value. I genuinely believe systems thinking will shape the future of how businesses, technologies, and industries operate across the world. I’m also looking forward to bringing experience from my other business ventures into Idealogix and working alongside a great team to help scale the business and its impact moving forward."
